They should work to fulfill responsibilities while utilizing sound business management practices.
Essential Duties Hires, trains and motivates all sales department managers and product specialists.
Must be committed to the CRM and manage inbound and outbound leads.
Meets with managers and product specialists individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives and to review actual performance.
Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.
Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.
Holds regularly scheduled sales meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.
Responsible for New and F&I Performance.
Resolves any sales related customer complaints.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Strong Auto Sales and Sales Management Experience Import Management a Plus Strong Closing Skills Strong Ethics and Values Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills Excellent People Skills Must have valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record test We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of more than 5 years working in a dealership as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.
