As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, maintaining a positive attitude and having a committed approach to doing whatever it takes.
We are looking for a person who has a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintenance of all bar and restaurant equipment - Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the establishment - Working floor shifts as supervising manager - Ensuring excellent customer service - Assisting in recruitment and training of FOH staff - Managing staff to foster teamwork - Observe all aspects of floor activity to maximize profitability - Maintaining product/service quality standards and initiating corrective action as required Job
Qualifications:
- 2
years of high volume bar/restaurant management/supervisory experience - Knowledge of Beer, Wine and Alcohol - Must thrive in a fast paced team environment - Energetic with a passion for hospitality - Have sound reasoning and follow-through in decision making process - Be a problem solver and remain calm in stressful situations - Must be self motivated and detail oriented with excellent time management skills - Excellent people management, communication and listening skills - Scheduling flexibility including days, nights, weekends and holidays - Bassett Certification Preferred - Must be Food Service Sanitation Manager Certified.
Can be certified through the company if not currently certified.
