HR Shared Services Leave Administrator

_This position will be responsible for the day-to-day federal, state and company leave administration for Brunswick.
This includes serving as the internal point of contact for employees, leaders, and Prudential, our outsourcing services provider.
Additional duties include leadership notifications of absences, Kronos data entry to capture leave data as well as reporting and support to HR/Shared Services/Payroll.
Major Accountabilities:

Provide support as an internal point of contact, directing employees to Prudential to file claims.

Serve as a subject matter expert in leave administration and reporting.

Participate in the development of enterprise policies/procedures as well as documenting/distributing changes through the organization.

Responsible for entering time in timekeeping systems to ensure accurate data in the timekeeping systems.

Notifying supervisors and leaders when employees are out of work for leaves.

Enter leaves and return from leaves in Workday to ensure proper processes are followed.

Partner with peers in Payroll/Shared Services to mitigate impacts to employees on leave.

Work on special projects and system implementations as a team member representing the HR Service Center function.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2 year college degree (Business Studies preferred) or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of Kronos, HR Systems administration, leave administration and/or payroll experience.

Strong PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well within a team.

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and good judgement.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to be flexible as responsibilities are aligned within the work team.
Preferred
Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of relevant laws, policies and procedures that may impact HR Information.

Knowledge of systems that support HR data; in order to effectively use the capabilities of the systems, and to understand the impact that data entry has on how the data is managed by those systems.
