_ SENIOR MANAGER, CREATIVE OPERATIONS BRUNSWICK CORPORATE Mettawa, IL OVERVIEW Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Senior Manager, Creative Operations to join our Creative Services team.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of creative operations, including creative capacity and utilization tracking, tools and systems management, vendor and license governance, as well as leading a team of project managers responsible for client relationships and project timeline adherence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Resourcing and capacity forecasting
Analyze actual versus forecasted creative capacity and utilization across teams, identifying areas for optimization for efficiency improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize workloads and ensure creative staffing meets project demands
Identify project risks to proactively head-off and resolve resource conflicts as well as minimize and manage on-going creative backlogs
Department performance measurements and reporting
Oversee the integration and management of creative project systems and tools
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and streamline workflows
Develop and maintain relationships with creative vendors, including agencies, freelancers and production partners
Lead and mentor a team of project managers responsible for client relationships and project timeline adherence
Manage vendor selction processes, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop project management teams
Excellent understanding of creative production processes, project management methologies and best practices
5-7 years of experience leading creative operations at either an agency or on an internal creative team
Proficiency in project management software and tools
High organization and analytic skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience in process improvements and vendor management
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collabote effectively across cross-functional teams.
