_ Brunswick Enterprise Events Manager Job Description Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Marketing Operations, the Brunswick Enterprise Events Manager is a detailed-oriented marketing professional responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of Brunswick events across its portfolio of brands, primarily aimed at driving efficiencies in planning and execution.
Partnering with division event leadership, the Brunswick Enterprise Events Manager is a highly organized individual with experience in conference management, tradeshows, events, and marketing communications.
In this role, the successful candidate will help in the management of event objectives, measure key metrics for success, and assist in the operational planning and outcomes for each event.
On-site execution and travel may be required for some large-scale meetings and events.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Manages aspects of medium to large, complex programs through their entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).

Responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and tracking of budgets associated with events and event operations at the portfolio level to maximize efficiencies across the Company.

Responsible for establishing cross-division process and governance to aid in better collaboration and cost-management
Cultivates and develops relationships with key personnel in various areas across the Company including division marketing and category teams, procurement, accounting, legal and information technology, as well as a host of external vendors.

Ensures all milestones are met over the course of the planning period, aligned to the Enterprise level objectives
Ensures that meeting expenditures and other post-meeting data is documented and maintained, coordinates business consolidated reporting to senior leadership for major show formats
Reviews, negotiates, and administers contracts with hotels and other suppliers.

Manages time with the ability to effectively balance multiple events at different stages.

This candidate will work closely with Brunswicks Brand Event teams to secure product and logistics support where needed as well as other stakeholders for event support such as marketing, HR, and more.

Must have the ability to see the big picture while simultaneously keeping an eye on important details.
Basic
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
10 or more years of marketing experience in a show and event management role.

Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, diverse, and rapidly changing environment.

Passion for the Brunswick portfolio of brands and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
