We're hiring an HR Recruiter who will be the point person responsible for finding talent and onboarding them into our agency.
They will be responsible for using creative sourcing and partnership techniques as well as to establish recruiting strategies to develop candidate pipelines for open positions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Managing resume screening, phone and in-person interviews.
Assisting with candidate pre and post screening.
Cousulting with managers to advise on hiring decisions.
Being a positive and knowledgeable resource for candidates and new hires.
Work with local colleges and workforce development agencies to establish partnerships.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher in human resources, business or liberal arts.
Proficient in working with social media tools Great presentation ability and networking experience Positive attitude with desire to succeed in a team environment Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$40,000.
00 - $55,000.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
