The Legal Receptionist must be detail oriented, highly organized and capable of handling high volumes of calls.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and other messages.
Gather and distribute important documents.
Answer basic legal questions.
Collect data for case management purposes.
Gather information and draft documents for administrative clerical work.
