We are looking for someone who is high energy with the required skill set to create high customer satisfactory rates! We are only looking for managers who can conduct business and achieve targets in a 100% compliant manner!!
Responsibilities:
Manage, train, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but not limited to:
customer service, carwash programs, and safety Create and enforce Carwash employee's schedules to optimize labor Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest best course of action with regard to stocking the wash with necessary chemical and spare parts Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash Monitor and manage all financial statement line item entrees Develop weekly management reports Maintain a safe wash environment Support employees during high traffic Administer customer damage claims Work with other store employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary Perform other duties as required and/or assigned Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule flexibility, operating hours 8:
