Job Description:
In this position you will be helping with, Managing the daily scheduling, invoicing, and operations of the HVAC & Plumbing service install projects.
Offering and discussing financing and rebate options with customers Submitting rebate applications.
Pulling permits and communicating with Villages as needed.
Online registrations of equipment installed.
Answering phone calls, scheduling calls, dispatching calls to technicians.
Explain and schedule Preventative Maintenance Agreement to our customers.
File customer information as needed.
Provide administrative support to office team.
Qualifications:
Must be computer literate.
Able to work independently as well as with a team.
Intermediate in Microsoft word and Excel.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
Need to have some flexibility, as in this position you might be asked to come to the office 1 hour early or to stay later based on the high/slow season situation.
Hours:
Mon Thru Fri 7am - 3pm Every other Saturday 7:
00am - 12pm Overtime opportunities Job Type:
