We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area.
These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
Each center is unique.
Job DescriptionAbout the position:
You will be responsible for daily Medicare/Managed Care census building activities of one of our skilled nursing facility in Waukegan.
Depending on your success, you may also pick up responsibilities for 2 other centers in the Chicago market.
Some of these responsibilities will include:
Create & engage in out-bound business getting events/activities for 1-3 SNF locationsManage relevant CRM metrics to ensure measurable results are attainedSuccessfully build the Medicare census, while maintaining our custodial care levelsThis position will not have any direct reports, but will be intertwined with administration, admissions & our regional marketing team for locations throughout Chicagoland.

QualificationsWhat we need from you:
Marketing experience within the skilled nursing facility (SNF) industry.
Ideally you will strong relationships with existing referral sources you can immediately capitalize on/bring with you.
Knowledge of various custodial payor sources, including Managed Medicaid/Medicare, and of the overall admissions processPrevious experience with Point Click Care is helpfulBachelor's Degree in a relevant healthcare field is ideal, but not required if you have other marketing experienceNOTE:
an RN, LPN, Social Work or other Degree in a relevant healthcare field is bestAdditional InformationPlease include a cover letter outlining prior metrics and accomplishments.
