We're Hiring Animal Keepers for the Farmyard at Lambs Farm!Our Mission:
Helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us allWe are seeking a part-time seasonal animal keeper for the Farmyard.
This position requires flexible daytime hours and weekends are required.
Qualifications:
Previous animal care experience or education is preferred but not requiredMust be comfortable talking to the public about animals, answering phones, and greeting guestsMust maintain appropriate customer service Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of timeMust be physically able to work in all outdoor conditionsValid driver's license is required
Responsibilities:
Cleaning, feeding, watering, and caring for the health of just under 300 animalsMust maintain high animal welfare standardsOperate and assist in maintaining attractions including but not limiteed to:
miniature train, carousel, miniature golf course and barrel trainAll other duties as assignedAbout the Company:
Lambs Farm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
