Our client in the Libertyville IL area is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. This
position
will be assisting the office
manager
and providing customer service to anyone visiting the department. This is a full time position, long term contract without an end date and a possibility of becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Admin Assistant, or fast paced reception, with excellent
computer
software skills and ability to multi-task in a detail oriented environment.
Requirements:
Verifiable High School Diploma or higher level of education
2 or more years of recent work experience
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
Ability to multi-task
Friendly and able to work in a small team oriented environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
